At Lee Autism Academy, we believe physical education is so much more than exercise — it’s a chance for our students to improve motor skills, build social connections, increase self-regulation, and most importantly, have fun in a supportive environment.
What makes our PE program unique? It’s guided by the principles of ABA therapy, ensuring every activity is individualized, goal-oriented, and designed with each child’s needs in mind. From following multi-step instructions to taking turns and celebrating small victories, PE becomes another opportunity to support functional learning and lifelong skills.

At Lee Autism Academy, we believe that music is more than just sound—it's a powerful tool for connection, communication, and personal growth.
Each week, our students take part in Music Class alongside their Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), with each lesson thoughtfully crafted to integrate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This unique approach allows us to foster creativity while supporting key developmental goals—such as auditory processing, turn-taking, following rhythm and patterns, emotional expression, and social interaction.
From drumming and singing to rhythm games and exploring different instruments, our ABA-infused music curriculum is fully individualized to meet every student where they are. Music becomes not only a joyful, sensory-rich experience but also a meaningful opportunity to build confidence and celebrate progress, one beat at a time.
