BCBA-D, BCBA, & BCaBA
Dr. Jennifer Andoscia, BCBA-D
Founder of ABA Results, Jennifer has been working with children diagnosed with disabilities for over 20 years. She opened ABA Results in 2015 and is thrilled to see it flourish into a safe, exciting, and positive learning environment for her clients.
Tania Lange, BCBA
Tania joined ABA Results in 2018. She has over 25 years experience working with children. She is eager to greet the clients in the morning and enjoys providing 1:1 therapy throughout the day. She enjoys seeing how much progress her clients have made.
Michelle Burgeson, BCBA
Michelle has been a part of the ABA Results team since 2020. She has worked as a preschool teacher, musical theatre teacher, a teacher in a special education classroom, an RBT, a BCaBA, and is currently a BCBA. She received her bachelor’s in psychology from New York University and her master’s in ABA from Florida Institute of Technology. Her passion in life is to work with children. She loves coming to work every day to see her clients make progress toward their goals. Her favorite therapy technique is pairing with her clients by making them laugh and smile.
William Rivero, BCBA
William joined ABA Results in 2023 and has been in the field of ABA since 2021. Before coming to ABA Results William worked at an elementary school where he helped foster a creative learning environment, helping children learn and grow. He loves coming into work everyday to see his clients and use ABA techniques to teach them important skills. William received his bachelors from the University of Florida and his masters from the Florida Institute of Technology. He achieved his BCBA certification in 2025.
Riley Schram, BCBA
Riley joined ABA Results in 2023. Before joining ABA Results, she worked as a preschool teacher and was very involved in her child and youth studies ambassador club. Riley has a passion to work with children and finds seeing them achieve their goals so rewarding! She achieved her BCBA certification in early 2026.
April Cooper, BCaBA
April joined ABA Results in 2021, following a 16-year tenure in law enforcement. April has always had a passion to work with children and jumped at the opportunity to join ABA Results. Once at ABA Results, April continued her education receiving her teaching certifications to teach at Lee Autism Academy, before becoming Principal of Lee Autism Academy. April loves to see the children grow and learn with academic success.
Jessica Young, BCaBA
Jessica joined ABA Results in 2020 and has been passionate about working with children for most of her life. She began her journey in the field as a Behavior Technician, grew into an RBT role, and recently earned her BCaBA certification. Jessica is known for her patient, supportive approach and her ability to build strong, meaningful connections with the children and families she serves. She loves creating engaging learning environments where clients feel safe, encouraged, and proud of their progress. Jessica is currently continuing her education through her master's program while working toward becoming a BCBA.
