Dr. Jennifer Andoscia, BCBA-D

Founder of ABA Results, Jennifer has been working with children diagnosed with disabilities for over 20 years. She opened ABA Results in 2015 and is thrilled to see it flourish into a safe, exciting, and positive learning environment for her clients.

Tania Lange, BCBA, State Director

Tania joined ABA Results in 2018. She has over 25 years experience working with children. She is eager to greet the clients in the morning and enjoys providing 1:1 therapy throughout the day. She enjoys seeing how much progress her clients have made.

Alecia Bernau, BCBA, Clinical Director

Alecia joined ABA Results in 2021. She has been advocating for individuals with special needs since co-founding the Special Populations Youth Corps, a program in which youth serve adults with cognitive and developmental delays, in 2017. During her undergraduate studies, Alecia conducted research using music as a language acquisition device for children with ASD. In addition to her time engaging with the clients at ABA Results, Alecia spends the evenings coaching adaptive figure skating to children with special needs, and the weekends running a special needs ministry at her church. Her heart and passion are to combine her passions to adequately serve those with cognitive and developmental differences in any and every capacity.

Riley Schram, BCaBA, Clinical Director - Early Intervention

Riley joined ABA Results in 2023. Before joining ABA Results, she worked as a preschool teacher and was very involved in her child and youth studies ambassador club. Riley has a passion to work with children and finds seeing them achieve their goals so rewarding! She is continuing her education and hopes to achieve her BCBA certification in late 2025.

Alexandra Ingebritson, BCBA, Community Director

Alex joined ABA Results in 2021. Before working at ABA Results, she was a preschool teacher. Since joining our team, her passion for researching how music helps children with special needs has blossomed! She recently presented the findings from her experimental research at several conferences all across the country! Alex has collaborated with Florida Gulf Coast University, her alma mater, to bring more awareness to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis by giving numerous guest lectures to current students. She is currently a BCBA & the Community Director for ABA Results!
